[🧀GMICE News ]: 2025 Gyeonggi MICE Academy, Successful Osaka Best Practice Tour!

Gyeonggi Tourism Organization is committed not only to attracting events but also to building the foundation for the sustainable growth of the MICE industry in Gyeonggi-do by continuously fostering talent.

At the center of this effort is the Gyeonggi MICE Academy, which we have introduced previously. The MICE Academy is a program run by Gyeonggi Tourism Organization that helps young people—who may find the MICE industry unfamiliar despite its high growth potential—understand the industry and gain practical field experience, thereby providing them with the best opportunities to prepare for entry into the MICE sector.

This year, in particular, five outstanding trainees from the academy were selected to participate in an overseas best practice tour program, experiencing firsthand an international expo and MICE Unique Venues in Osaka, Japan.

The experiences that these next-generation MICE talents gained—by seeing, hearing, and experiencing on the global stage—are becoming a driving force in leading the industry into the future.
